Led ghosting

One part of the led strip (6lights) are always glowing red because there is still current in the led strip, this is because of bad wiring or just faulty circuits. Its 50 dollars and I haven’t had mine for 3 weeks and it broke. Cant be fixed just bad product.

1.Please unplug the power adapter of the product for 10mins and then plug it back in to check the problem.
2.Reset the device.
Reset: When plugging in the light, press the middle button on the control box four times while holding the power button.

Probleme led

Gros problème,la bande led dans ma chambre reste allumee en permanence en vert sur une portion ,je suis donc oblige de tout arracher,direction poubelle,vu le prix et la perte de temps,tres déçu du produit.Apparement je ne suis pas un cas isolé.
