Plug is NOT for outside use?!?

Why is everything IP65/67 waterproof except for the most important part: the plug?!? It's just IPx0 which means it should not even be plugged in outside at all.
Even placing it inside a sealed waterproof case is not that easy: the plug does not fit in IP65/7 sockets. So one had to use a cable which also is not meant for outside -- don't do that!!!
For me I might buy a waterproof power plug of same specs, but no way I'm going to use THAT plug outside risking burning down house and garden.
