Why can't I control the light with Alexa / Google Assistant / Matter?
· When the adapter is unplugged, Battery save mode turns on automatically - disabling Alexa, Google Assistant, Matter and Wi-Fi. To re-enable them, manually turn off Battery save mode in the app. Note: This will reduce battery runtime.
Why does short press sometimes not work?
· Single press only works in standby mode to turn light on/off. Press & hold 3 seconds to switch power state (blue light flashes twice). · Note: First-time power-on, after manual shutdown, or when battery is fully drained all require a 3-second long press to start the device.
How to install correctly? And why is battery life sometimes short?
· Installation: Align brackets top and bottom, adjust to keep them parallel, then tighten until the bar is secure and does not wobble. · Battery life: 5-30h depends on brightness/color/scene.Standby mode consumes power to support remote control.Use 5V/2A adapter (adapter not included). Check battery level in app.
How does Energy Saving Mode work?
After unplugging, Energy Saving Mode turns on, disabling WiFi and IOT features (Alexa, DreamView). Need them? Just turn off Energy Saving Mode in the App.
What do the light indicators mean?
Low Battery Alert: Red light flashes twice. Shut down (press & hold 3s): Blue light flashes twice. Unplugged: Current lighting effect flashes once.
