Govee Refer & Earn Program Terms

1. Two Separate Referral Offers*

Govee Refer & Earn includes two separate offers with different referral links, qualifying actions, and rewards.

• Purchase Referral Offer — invite a friend to buy a Govee product.
• Invite & Unlock Offer — invite a new user to subscribe, and log in.

The two offers are tracked separately. An action under one offer does not automatically qualify for or count toward the other offer.

2. Program Eligibility

Eligible Govee customers who sign in to their Govee account and join the applicable offer may participate in the Govee Refer & Earn Program.

You must provide accurate account information and participate only through your own Govee account and assigned referral links.

3. Purchase Referral Offer

How it works

Share your Purchase Referral Link with a friend who has never placed an order on Govee. When your friend completes their first qualifying purchase through your link, you earn 8% commission on their first order. Your friend receives a €5 coupon when they receive your referral link.

Qualifying purchase

A qualifying purchase means your friend's first-ever completed purchase on Govee, and it:

• is paid in full;
• is not cancelled, refunded, or returned; and
• meets Govee's order requirements.

Your reward — 8% commission

• Commission is 8% of the order's actual paid amount, excluding taxes and shipping.
• Commission is reviewed for 30 days after the order is completed.
• If the order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the commission is reversed or deducted.
• Approved commission is paid through the Referral Candy platform according to Govee's payout schedule.

Your friend's reward — €5 coupon

• Issued when receives the referral link.
• Subject to the coupon's own terms, including validity period and eligible products.
• Each referred customer may receive it only once.

4. Invite & Unlock Offer

How it works

Share your Subscription Referral Link with a new user. When they complete the required subscribe and log in through your link, they count toward your goal. Invite 8 eligible new users to unlock a mystery reward.

Eligible new user

A user who has never registered a Govee account.

A user who previously deleted a Govee account does not qualify.

Your reward — mystery reward

• 100% chance of winning. The reward pool is not disclosed in advance.
• The reward will be issued in the form of a coupon. The specific type and terms of the coupon may vary.
• Must be claimed within the applicable reward period. Unless stated otherwise, it expires 30 days after it is issued.

Your friend's reward — new user reward

• Eligible new users will receive the new user reward available on Govee at the time they complete the required actions.
• The new user reward may include coupons, points, or other promotional reward and may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, and validity periods.

5. Referral Link Requirements

The Purchase Referral Link and the Subscription Referral Link are separate. Each link only counts for its own offer.

A referred customer may be linked to only one participant per offer. If they receive links from multiple participants, only the link used for the qualifying action is credited.

You may not refer yourself.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not eligible for rewards:

• Self-referrals or referrals involving the participant's own account or payment information.
• Duplicate, fake, or previously registered accounts used to generate referral rewards.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise manipulative referral activity.
• Artificially generating referrals, purchases, or subscriptions for the purpose of obtaining rewards.
• Any activity that violates Govee's Terms of Service or other applicable policies.

Govee may review referral activity and withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards associated with activity that it determines to be ineligible, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

7. Sharing Referral Links

Participants may share their referral links with friends and through permitted public channels.

Referral links may not be distributed through coupon-sharing websites, browser extensions, or other channels primarily intended to distribute promotional codes or referral links without genuine personal recommendation.

8. Reward Availability

Rewards are subject to availability and the applicable reward terms.

9. Program Changes and Termination

Govee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program or any individual offer at any time.

Govee may also suspend or terminate a participant's access to the program if the participant violates these Terms or engages in activity that Govee determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.

Govee reserves the right to review referral activity and determine eligibility for rewards in accordance with these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

Govee may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version of these Terms will apply to participation in the Refer & Earn Program after the effective date of the update.
