FAQ
What are the two referral links?
Govee Refer & Earn includes two separate referral offers, each with its own link and reward. Purchase Referral Link: Share this link with friends who may want to shop Govee. When a friend makes their first qualifying purchase through your Purchase Referral Link, you earn 8% commission. Your friend will receive a €5 coupon when they receive your Purchase Referral Link. The coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Subscription Referral Link: Share this link with friends who haven't joined Govee yet. Eligible friends who subscribe and complete the required subscription action through your Subscription Referral Link count toward your Invite & Unlock goal. Invite 8 eligible friends to unlock your mystery reward. The two links are tracked separately. Completing an action through one link does not automatically qualify for the reward associated with the other offer.
How do I earn commission?

Does a purchase through my Purchase Referral Link count toward Invite & Unlock?
No. The two offers are separate. A purchase made through your Purchase Referral Link counts toward the Purchase Referral offer and its commission reward. It does not count toward your Invite & Unlock goal.
Does a sign-up through my Subscription Referral Link earn me commission?
No. The Subscription Referral Link is for the Invite & Unlock offer. A sign-up or subscription through this link does not generate the 8% purchase commission.
When will I receive my commission?
Your commission remains pending while the order is being reviewed. The review period is approximately 30 days. Once the order is approved, the commission will be paid according to the applicable payout schedule.
What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders are not eligible for commission. Any related pending or earned commission may be cancelled or deducted.
Where can I view my rewards?
You can view your coupons and commission under "My Rewards." Your Invite & Unlock progress and reward status are shown on the Invite & Unlock task.
